摘要: The chromosome patterns of 17 adenomas and 7 adenocarcinomas the colon were studied using a direct technique. typical showed definite abnormalities pattern. Many pseudodiploids many cells with counts 47 identified. These latter appeared due to trisomy. Nondisjunction persistence resulting abnormal stemline is postulated. Those areas histologic atypia greater hyperploidy more numerous individually chromosomes. Hyperploidy was also marked in three which whole or part villous. two groups similar markedly hyperploid aneuploid carcinomas studied. Two poorly differentiated much less than remaining five better adenocarcinomas.
