摘要: Applying a perturbation technique to the correct form of equation for acoustic pressure field in viscous turbulent atmosphere yields power spectra amplitude and phase fluctuations propagating plane wave. The development includes effects absorption removes restrictions on wavenumber that previously prevented solution problem other than ultrasonic frequencies. For wide range propagation parameters, found by Tatarski optical are shown be good approximations waves. Complete expressions, without limitation assumed refractive‐index spectra, determine validity this result also provide an exact first‐order solution.
