摘要: Decision-making plays an especially important role in organization. This chapter deals with a detailed understanding of general decision-making terms types decisions, individual and group decision-making, processes models, strategic effective managerial tools techniques used for decision-making. Apart from that, the shows that LSOPM operations, results primary research advantages better between interrelationship swift productivity. In conclusion, model showing 11 factors are relevant to productivity is presented end.
