摘要: Objective: The aim of this prospective study was to present the clinical outcome immediately loaded dental implants placed in edentulous, severely atrophied mandibles, after reconstruction with autogenous multilayered calvarial grafts. Materials and methods: Six patients, two males four females, aged 40–67 years (mean: 56 years) presenting edentulous mandibles (Cawood Howell class VI), were reconstructed bone grafts intraforaminal area mandible. Five 8 months afterwards, 23 areas (three per patient) implant-supported overdentures. Patients followed radiographic controls annually. Results: Recovery uneventful all patients. All osseointegrated 1–3 start immediate loading. survival success rates 100% 95.7%, respectively. Conclusion: Results from showed that loading is a predictable procedure, which permits successful rehabilitation shortening treatment times.
