摘要: Cinematic rendering (CR) is a new technique for visualizing volumetric three-dimensional data. The purpose of this study was to investigate the added value CR conventional computed tomography (CT) in diagnosis and evaluation ulcerative colitis (UC). We retrospectively evaluated CT data 48 patients (33 men, 15 women; mean age, 44.35 years) with definitive UC. All underwent CR, had colonoscopy results. Two radiologists independently reviewed images first without then CR. Then, imaging by both together. readers were blinded disease extent. diagnostic performance assessed receiver-operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis. There 23 cases mild moderate UC 25 severe UC, which divided into two groups. Both showed improved addition (the area under ROC from 0.676 0.804, P = 0.0255, 0.679 0.826, P = 0.0049, 1 2, respectively). Full view lesion contrast enhancement not significantly different between groups (P > 0.05). Increased mesenteric vascularity comb sign on more clearly observed group (P < 0.05). Adding evaluating extent
