摘要: A grade TSX graphite was irradiated by a 2.5 MeV proton and dose of 1.47 × 1018 ion cm−2 at 330 K. The displacement per atom under this irradiation condition about 0.02. lattice parameter, crystallite size the vacancies density in measured before after irradiation. It found that led to an increase volume sample. change sample confirmed atomic force scanning electron microscopes observations as increased roughness pore size. Also, FTIR results showed is slightly oxidized
