摘要: We developed GridMACS, a grid-enabled web portal with the aim of providing GUI for GROMACS and running molecular dynamics simulation in grid environment. The is according to basic system architecture by integrating main layers such as Gridsphere Portal Framework, Vine Toolkit (grid service) Globus middleware). integration computing resources was achieved deployment on cluster Creation this will provide based user-friendly environment that assist biologist them availability usability.
