摘要: For economical reasons it is desirable to apply the highest possible speed during laser welding. Increasing welding at a certain power might result in insufficient penetration of weld. This work describes design feedback controller, which able maintain full mild steel sheets. An optical detector, placed inside Nd:Yttrium–aluminium–garnet source, measures intensity weld-pool radiation through fiber. sensor signal used as input control system. A model, dynamic response process including and source dynamics, has been obtained, using system identification techniques. The this model output modeled signal. Based on controller designed implemented. an actuator. maintains tracks with disturbances like sudden artificial fluctuations changes. opens possibility optimize without risking lack
