摘要: For economical reasons it is desirable to apply the highest possible speed during laser welding. Increasing welding at a certain power might result in insufficient penetration of weld. This work describes design feedback controller, which able maintain full mild steel sheets. An optical detector, placed inside Nd:Yttrium–aluminium–garnet source, measures intensity weld-pool radiation through fiber. sensor signal used as input control system. A model, dynamic response process including and source dynamics, has been obtained, using system identification techniques. The this model output modeled signal.
