摘要: The origin of diversification and coexistence genes species have been traditionally studied in isolated biological levels. Ecological evolutionary views focused on the mechanisms that enable or constrain coexistence, genetic variation genetics speciation, but a unified theory linking those approaches is still missing. Here we introduce graphs context neutral theories molecular evolution biodiversity to provide framework simultaneously addresses speciation rate joint diversities. To illuminate this question also study two models with fitness differences, which insights how ecological dynamics drive speed diversification. Neutral generates highest richness (i.e. five times twice as many compared graphs, respectively) genetic--species diversity (i.e., respectively). Thus can differ dramatically depending whether factors versus system. By molecular, sexual trophic behavior at scales, interacting organismal coexistence.
