Prospective study of anterior chest wall involvement in ankylosing spondylitis and psoriatic arthritis.

摘要: A prospective study of anterior chest wall involvement was conducted in 50 ankylosing spondylitis patients and psoriatic arthritis the absence palmoplantar pustulosis. All underwent a physical examination, tomograms, radionuclide bone scan. Magnetic resonance imaging with gadolinium done some cases. Half both groups had involvement. Enthesitis mechanism lesions. The manubriosternal symphysis sternocostoclavicular joints were most common sites involvement, although other entheses region affected patients.
