摘要: Varisized chitosan-selenium (CS-Se) nanocomposites were synthesized through an innovative method. It is the first time to use CS both as reductant and stabilizer synthesize selenium nanoparticles (SeNPs). By manipulating temperature, well-dispersed CS-Se via a simple one pot reaction with size ranging from 83 208nm before being characterized by TEM, DLS, UV-vis, FTIR, XRD TG analyses. The results showed that SeO32- was reduced stable SeNPs colloid at comparatively high amino group hydroxyl of conjugated surface SeNPs. Besides, antioxidant activities investigated DPPH, ABTS+, radical, metal ion chelating reducing power assays, which proved be concentration-dependent, size-dependent exhibited good activities. suggested might considered more appropriate selenium-adding form achieve antioxidative goals in food.
