摘要: Pulse current gas tungsten arc welding is an important joining technique for different metals like Aluminium, Magnesium, Steel, Titanium and their alloys. With increasing application of these alloys in aerospace, aircraft, automotive, electronics other industries PTIGW the best evolved so far. In this document attempt has been made to critically review from perspective Some processing parameters effect on weld quality are discussed. The microstructure metallurgical defects encountered during process such as porosity, cracking, oxide inclusions loss alloying elements described. Mechanical properties welds hardness, tensile fatigue strength, structural aim report recent progress provide basis follow-on research.
