摘要: A systematic review with the Sachett model of evidence-based medicine use Botulinum toxin type (BTX) for intervention in children Cerebral Palsy (CP) is highlighted. Currently, evidence showed that BTX useful treating pes equinus due to spasticity gastrocnemius-soleus muscles. However, careful patient selection and goals treatment have be addressed. More multi-centre clinical trials standardized protocols are needed before widespread recommendation CP can made.
