摘要: Thermoelectric oxides of NaCo 1.7 Cu 0.3 O 4 (p-type) and Ba 0.2 Sr 0.8 PbO 3 (n-type) were coupled to be n-shape device using sinter-forging method with the insertion Au foil as a diffusion barrier. The high-temperature thermoelectric performance was investigated, it stable showed no appreciable contact resistance at junction after thermal cycle 1000 K in air. output power for 12 mW when temperatures hot cold side 1045 539 K, respectively. High-temperature durability also tested related analysis reported.
