摘要: The nonallelic ramosus mutations rms3-2 and rms4 of pea (Pisum sativum L.) cause extensive release vegetative axillary buds lateral growth in comparison with wild-type (cv Torsdag) plants, which are not normally released under the conditions utilized. Grafting studies showed that expression mutation shoot is independent genotype root-stock. In contrast, length branches at certain nodes plants was reduced by grafting to stocks, indicating Rms3 gene may control level a mobile substance produced root. This also appears be because shoots did branch when grafted mutant rootstocks. However, end product differ from Rms2 (C.A. Beveridge, J.J. Ross, I.C. Murfet [1994] Plant Physiol 104: 953-959) reciprocal grafts between rms2 seedlings mature apical dominance similar stocks. Indole-3-acetic acid levels were or nodal portions actually elevated (up 2-fold) plants. It suggested further these branching mutants enable significant progress understanding normal related communication root shoot.
