摘要: Dermatologic complaints are frequently encountered in the primary care setting. Though rarely life-threatening, they can cause significant psychosocial morbidity. Three common skin diseases, acne, psoriasis, and atopic dermatitis, often difficult to treat, result scarring, having adverse effects on patient's psyche. This chapter outlines current theories pathogenesis of these three as well giving an overview therapeutic regimens future potential treatments.
