摘要: We analyzed bulk UV absorbance of methanolic extracts and levels five UV-absorbing compounds (hydroxycinnamic acid derivatives) in 135 herbarium samples the liverwort Jungermannia exsertifolia subsp. cordifolia from northern Europe. Samples had been collected 1850-2006 (96% June-August). Both compound were correlated positively with collection year. p-Coumaroylmalic (C1) was only showing a significant (and negative) correlation stratospheric ozone irradiance period that real data these variables existed. Stratospheric reconstruction (1850-2006) based on C1 showed higher values June than July August, which coincides normal monthly variation ozone. Combining all data, there no long-term temporal trend 1850 to 2006. Reconstructed June-July but again detected 1918-2006 using joint data. This agrees previous reconstructions.
