摘要: The posterior horn of the spinal cord rat adjacent to entrance dorsal root was studied with aid an electron microscope. synapses encountered could be classified into axodendritic and axosomatic synapses, former which were more numerous. synaptic vesicles observed within boutons belonged both agranular granular types. measured about 500 A; they numerous contributed 95% vesicle population. larger, measuring 1200 A possessed a dense core. In postsynaptic membrane thickened than presynaptic comparable type I synapse described by Gray. resembled great extent, except that cleft generally narrower in many instances thickening seen on pre- membranes.
