摘要: A packing material for chromatographic use comprising an inorganic carrier having hydroxyl groups at the surface thereof grafted thereon organosilane derivative selected from group consisting of a urea obtained by reacting optically active isocyanate with aminoalkylsilane, N-carbomoyl amino acid carbamoylated aminoalkylsilane and O-carbamoyl hydroxy is disclosed. This useful as liquid chromatography analysis which comprises separating analyzing enantiomer mixture compound --OH group, --CONH-- ##STR1## --COO-- --NHCOO-- --NHCONH-- or ##STR2## bonded to asymmetric carbon atom thereof.
