摘要: Luminol, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), and glucose oxidase (GOx) ternary functionalized graphene oxide (HRP/GOx-luminol-GO) with excellent chemiluminescence (CL) activity specific enzymatic property was prepared via a simple general strategy for the first time. In this approach, luminol GO (luminol-GO) by gently stirring luminol. Then HRP GOx were further co-immobilized onto surface of luminol-GO storing at 4 °C overnight, to form HRP/GOx-luminol-GO bionanocomposites. The synthesized could react H2O2 generated from catalyzed oxidization reaction, produce strong CL emission in presence HRP. Thus, we developed an ultrasensitive, homogeneous, reagentless, selective, sensing system detection. resulting biosensors exhibited ultra-wide linear range 5.0 nM 5.0 mM, ultra-low detection limit 1.2 nM, which more than 3 orders magnitude lower previously reported methods. Furthermore, successfully applied human blood samples.
