摘要: Novel sandwich structure-like nanofiber multilayered meshes were fabricated via electrospinning. The purpose of the present work was to control zoledronic acid release novel structure meshes. in vitro experiments reveal that drug speed and initial burst controllable by adjusting thicknesses electrospun barrier mesh drug-loaded mesh. Compared with those other delivery systems, main advantages fiber are facile preparation conditions generality for hydrophobic hydrophilic pharmaceuticals.
