摘要: Herein, a giant magnetoimpedance (GMI) sensor combined with the sandwich immunoassay was used for ultrasensitive detection of carcinoembryonic antigens (CEA). Oblong-shaped Au films were enclosed SU-8 photoresists to form several microcavities that treated different concentrations CEA. The quantification low-concentration CEA (1 pg mL−1–10 ng mL−1) achieved by using one single GMI sensor, demonstrating good linear relationship between response and concentration. lower limit found be as low 1 mL−1, which provides extreme sensitivity. We observed high-concentration (>10 can result in cluster Dynabeads, thereby reducing target signals since adjacent magnetic dipole fields canceled each other out. Target specificity GMI-based has also been verified testing nonspecific targets. results obtained here suggest could serve an immunosensor quantitative determination biomarkers.
