摘要: Tissue engineering may provide an alternative to organ and tissue transplantation, both of which suffer from a limitation supply. Cell transplantation using biodegradable synthetic extracellular matrices offers the possibility creating completely natural new tissues so replacing lost or malfunctioning organs tissues. Synthetic fabricated biocompatible, polymers play important role in formation functional transplanted cells. They temporary scaffolding guide growth organization, specific signals intended retain tissue-specific gene expression.
