摘要: Four aromatic and medicinal plants of the Souss-Massa region were tested for their efficiency in reducing postharvest gray mold tomato fruits caused by Botrytis cinerea vitro vivo experiment . This antifungal activity was using two types extracts: organic plant extract aqueous extracts. When they are used at 1000 ppm, four extracts Asteriscus imbricatus inhibit completely growth B. However complete inhibition mycelia pathogen observed 2000ppm concentration ether chloroform Pulicaria mauritanica Moreover, Lavandula dentata showed a moderate effect; while Globularia alpym have no effect on studied fungus. The has inhibited 20000 ppm. P. effect, L.
