摘要: For the first time electrical conductivity of polycrystalline mixed Ba-Sr ferrites is studied as a function composition and temperature. X-ray analysis Seebeck coefficient studies are also carried out so that these can be discussed. All exhibit transition with change in slope (lg σ) versus temperature (103/T) curve. It found activation energy paramagnetic region higher than below temperature. Erstmalig wird die elektrische Leitfahigkeit von polykristallinen Ba-Sr-Mischferriten Abhangigkeit Zusammensetzung und Temperatur untersucht. Rontgenanalyse Untersuchungen des Seebeck-Koeffizienten werden ebenfalls durchgefuhrt, das dieser Misch-ferrite diskutiert kann. Alle Ferrite zeigen einen Ubergang mit einer Anderung Anstiegs der Leitfahigkeits(1g σ)-Temperat, (103/T)-Kurve. Es gefunden, Aktivierungsenergie im paramagnetischen Bereich hoher ist als unterhalb Ubergangstemperatur.
