摘要: Background Buprenorphine is a semi-synthetic opioid used for the treatment of dependence. Opioid use, including buprenorphine, has been increasing in recent years, general population and pregnant women. Consequently, there rise frequency neonatal abstinence syndrome (NAS), associated with buprenorphine use during pregnancy. The purpose this study was to investigate correlations between buprenorphine-metabolite concentrations cord blood onset NAS exposed newborns.
