摘要: Graphite and pregraphitic carbons are intercalation hosts commonly used in Li ion cells. Using chemical vapor deposition of benzene silicon-containing precursors, the authors have prepared containing nanodispersed silicon. The silicon resides within unorganized regions carbons.
