摘要: An assembly for molding an ocular lens blank which may be lathed into a contact or intraocular includes sleeve, and first second mold segment placed within the sleeve. After is molded in space between two segments are removed from sleeve then functions as holder during lathing operation. The has outer cylindrical surface gripping by collet, also internal frustoconical recess mounting pin, thus can used with variety of lathes known to optical industry.
