摘要: Acute neuronal injury models provide an interesting platform for investigation into the range and diversity of cell death mechanisms within a single insult. toxicity from excitotoxic inflammatory states to activation-delayed programmed death. Furthermore, types subtypes present system leads differential sensitivity stimuli. Within this chapter, we review major morphological hallmarks possible molecular contributing pathogenesis following acute models, including cerebral ischemia, traumatic brain injury, seizure, spinal cord injury.
