摘要: T-cells are generated with enhanced immunostimulatory capabilities for use in self therapy treatment protocols, by utilizing a biodegradable device support that has one or more agents reactive to T-cell surface moieties. The devices mixed the sufficiently so cross-link T-cells’ moieties and deliver signal enhance capabilities.
