User localisation using wireless signal strength - an application for pattern classification using fuzzy decision tree

摘要: Due to prevalent availability of wireless networks, there is enormous usage mobile devices among the public in all sectors. Locating using signal strength received enables transparent and immediate services for both indoor outdoor users. For users, a smart environment could be provided by giving facilities like automating switching on/off room lights, air conditioning, etc., finding user's exact location their device. Similarly, users can get from service providers based on current location. In this paper, we consider user localisation as pattern classification problem propose apply fuzzy decision tree FDT locating As far our knowledge concerned, first attempt handheld devices.
