摘要: The present invention relates to polycrystalline silicon chunks which are cubic and have a metal content of less than 200 pptw dopant 50 ppta. Methods for producing chunks, comprising providing rod, comminuting the rod into cleaning wherein comminution takes place using spiked-roll crusher having at least one spiked roll, roll W2C phases or WC with 0.1-10% carbide selected from group consisting titanium carbide, chromium molybdenum vanadium nickel steel 1-25% W.
