摘要: A neural network process for improving wind retrievals from profiler measurements is described. In this invention, a trained to retrieve (missing or incomplete) upper level winds ground based measurements. Radiosonde in conjunction with specific geographical locations are used as training sets the network. The idea timely and spatially continuous information (fragmented
