摘要: A method of controlling free phone calls places from within a secured premises through an institutional system generally includes assigning unique access identifier to individual caller upon entry into the premises; receiving destination number front premises, being associated with telephone located outside determining if is per se number, and, not determined be number: caller; validating identifier; valid, processing call number.
