摘要: Background/Aims: Anoikis resistance is a prerequisite for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) metastasis. The role of Caveolin-1 (CAV1) in anoikis HCC remains unclear. Methods: oncogenic effect CAV1 on anchor-independent growth and was investigated by overexpression knockdown hepatoma cells. IGF-1 pathway its downstream signals were detected immunoblot analysis. Caveolae invagination IGF-1R internalization studied electron microscopy 125I-IGF1 assay, respectively. tyrosine-14 residue (Y-14) explored deletion experiment mutation experiment, correlation further examined immunochemical analysis 120 specimens. Results: could promote CAV1-overexpression increased the expression subsequently activated PI3K/Akt RAF/MEK/ERK pathway, while showed opposite effect. mechanism study revealed that facilitated caveolae internalization. or Y-14 reversed mediated resistance. In addition, positively related to human tissues. Conclusion: confers cells activating providing potential therapeutic target
