摘要: It is decribed a process for thermal hydrolysis and team explosion of biomass, said method comprising the steps of: (i) leading biomass approximately continuous to first preheating step preheat (ii) preheated into at least two reactors sequentially, (iii) heating pressurising reactor by addition steam, (iv) keeping reactor(s) certain temperature pressure time, (v) heated pressurised from relief tank without any substantial reduction quickly means nozzle, in order disintegrate (vi) second having lower than tank, (vii) so treated downstream facility subsequent treatment. The invention also comprises device treatment biomass.
