摘要: Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is a non-infectious inflammatory skin disease, resulting in large ulcers that can spread rapidly showing undermined, violaceous borders and necrotic, purulent base [1–3]. The etiology remains unclear, but it appears to have an immunologic background [2–4]. It probably hyperergic reaction, connected with systemic disorders. Neutrophil dysfunction has been suggested (defects chemotaxis or hyperreactivity). Evidence of abnormal neutrophil trafficking metabolic oscillations described [4]. Circulating immunoglobulins affecting the function monoclonal polyclonal hyperglobulinemia frequently occur PG. suggests disturbances immunoregulation; effector occurs some patients [5]. Furthermore, interleukin 8, potent leukocyte chemotactic agent, overexpressed PG [6].
