摘要: Concerns that there are problems with the supply of skills, especially education-related in US labor force have exploded recent years a series reports from employer-associated organizations but also independent and even government sources making similar claims. These complaints about skills driving much debate around education policy, yet they not been examined carefully. The discussion below examines range these charges as well other evidence force. There is very little consistent wide suggesting true. Indeed, reasonable conclusion over-education remains persistent growing situation respect to skills.
