摘要: The main topic of this symposium is the measurement ions such as K+, Na+, Ca2+ etc. by means potential differences produced specific ion carriers across a fluid layer or suitable membrane. I would like to mention that absorption well fluorescence measurements with indicators represent additional approaches these ions. difficulty often react other substances in sample whereby calibration curve changed.
