摘要: Abstract Application of EPR to biological systems includes many techniques and applications. In this short perspective, which dares look into the future, I focus on pulse EPR, is my field expertise. Generally, can be divided two main groups: (1) hyperfine spectroscopy, explores electron-nuclear interactions, (2) pulse-dipolar (PD) based electron-electron spin interactions. Here PD-EPR because it has a better chance becoming widely applied, easy-to-use table-top method study structural dynamic aspects bio-molecules. will briefly introduce technique, its current state art, challenges facing, finally describe futuristic scenarios low-cost approaches that cross diffusion barrier from core experts bulk scientific community.
