摘要: Surfactants are needed to create stable suspensions of carbon nanotubes. Increasingly, these surfactants given additional functionalities, resulting in bigger and more complex molecules with several subunits. We investigate the effect assembly subunits for a class perylene-based functional surfactants. The that all based on perylene core, hydrophilic polyglycerol dendrons, alkyl chains different orientations lengths. affects both molecules' performance as surfactant efficiency energy-transfer complexes formed by nanotube through π–π stacking mechanism. This results best practice guide designing cores, affords general insights applicable non systems well.
