摘要: Contractarian business ethics (CBE) is in great vogue the present study of corporate morality. Its stated ambition to provide better practical guidance than more general ethical theories ethics, such as Kantianism, pragmatism, utilitarianism, virtue or stakeholder model. But how good this new trend theorizing? This article aims assess CBE's credentials a social contract argument. For purpose, it embarks on comparative analysis use model two earlier domains: political authority and justice. Building comparison, then develops four criteria for any future CBE.
