摘要: We report the use of non-specific adenosine antagonist theophylline (aminophylline) during a prolonged intraoperative cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) due to myocardial infarction. In 2005 guidelines European Resuscitation Council general CPR is not recommended, but in case an atropine and epinephrine resistant asystole, especially as result inferior infarction, might be useful adjunct CPR.
