摘要: In this paper, we propose the use of decision rules to aid in recommendation a portfolio public projects. A table indicates what decisions should be made when condition attributes are satisfied. Projects can modeled as tables, where characteristics projects and qualification each project is attribute. Reducing rules, give simple explanation why certain has its qualification; simplification useful procedure because most problems formulated table. Public problem, due nature, been approached by multi-criteria algorithms, which generate set solutions Pareto frontier. The selection depends on maker, so simplified help him/her analyze have added justify final selection.
