摘要: Protein imprinting is a promising tool for generating artificial biomimetic receptors with antibody-like specific recognition sites. Recently, protein-imprinted materials, as potential antibody substitutes, have attracted much attention in many fields, example chemical sensors, chromatographic stationary phases, and enzymes, owing to their long-term storage stability, re-usability, resistance harsh environment, low cost. In this critical review, we focus our discussion on the rational preparation of materials terms choice template, functional monomer, crosslinker, polymerization format. addition, several highlighted applications are emphasized, not only well-known fields but also some unique proteomics tissue engineering. Finally, propose challenges arising from intrinsic properties protein imprinting, obtaining heterogeneous binding, extrinsic competition, immobilized aptamers.
