摘要: Abstract Organotins(IV) exhibit significant in vitro anti-proliferative activity, while the vivo tests are encouraging. The recent reports on activity of organotin(IV) compounds summarized this review. period covered by work goes back to 2009 until late 2018, earlier ones, included over previous review our group published S.K. Hadjikakou, N. Hadjiliadis, Coord Chem Rev, 253 (2009) 235–249. During last decade (2009–2018), >300 derivatives with oxygen-donor ligands, such as carboxylic acids, amino-acids, Non Steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs), biological active or natural products, organotins(IV) sulfur containing ligands thiones, thiosemicarbazones, dithiocarbamates, oximes and amines semicarbazones were screened for their effect against various cancer cell lines results numerous period. Although much has been carried out O-donor however fewer found ligands.
