摘要: The possibility of quantitative determination organic compounds in aqueous solution or the gaseous phase by FT-IR/ATR spectroscopy aid polymer-covered internal reflection elements has been studied. In general this method three effects: (1) exclusion water from measurement, (2) lowering limit detection because continuous and reversible enrichment compounds, (3) reduction half-width absorption bands for gases insertion molecules a polymer film. some halogenated hydrocarbons different materials was used to determine concentrations these substances IR with very good limits (sometimes less than 1 mg/dm3). all cases linear relationship between concentration sample apparent extinction band interest is recorded. time constants 90% saturation are several seconds measurements minutes solutions, depending on material character substance.
