摘要: This review will be concerned with microscopic processes occurring in the interstellar medium which can lead to a change mean kinetic energy of particles composing gas. More precisely, some these processes. Their number and diversity are large form suitable topic for Summer School their own right. The emphasis placed on non-reactive collisional phenomena. Consideration given cold (T ≲ 100 K) gas regions have been heated by passage shock wave ≈ 1000 K).
