摘要: Poly(e-lysine) (PL) hydrogels have been prepared by means of γ irradiation PL produced Streptomyces albulus in aqueous solutions. When the dosage was 70 kGy or more and concentration water 1-7 wt %, transparent (opaque for 1-3 % concentration) could be produced. In case 5 concentration, specific content (wt absorbed water/wt dry hydrogel) hydrogel approximately 160. Specific contents decreased markedly with an increase irradiation.
