摘要: Groups of three to four mice were gavaged with aqueous solutions 2 milligrams morpholine, after which they exposed nitrogen dioxide in inhalation chambers at concentrations 0.2 50 parts per million for up 4 hours. At sequential intervals during the exposure, frozen and pulverized liquid nitrogen, powder was extracted ice-cold 35 percent methanol dichloromethane; organic-phase concentrates analyzed N-nitrosomorpholine a thermal energy analyzer interfaced gas chromatograph. The yields, ranging about 2.3 micrograms mouse, time-dependent relative duration exposure dose-dependent dioxide; control levels (in that morpholine or distilled water then air instead dioxide) less than 5 nanograms mouse. These preliminary studies demonstrate vivo nitrosating potential oxides.
